Jakarta – Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), Supratman Andi Agtas, menyatakan bahwa Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) terkait penunjukan Anindya Bakrie sebagai Ketua Umum Kamar Dagang dan Industri (Kadin) Indonesia akan segera diterbitkan. Namun, waktu pasti penerbitan Keppres tersebut sepenuhnya bergantung pada keputusan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
Sebelum diterbitkan, draf Keppres harus melewati proses harmonisasi di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM.
“Pasti ada Keppres. Aturannya memang begitu, tapi semua tergantung pada keputusan Presiden, dan harus melalui proses harmonisasi di Kemenkumham. Kalau bisa dipercepat, kenapa tidak?” ujar Supratman dalam Sarasehan Munaslub Kadin 2024 di Menara Kadin, Jakarta Selatan, pada Minggu (15/9/2024).
Meski mempercepat proses penerbitan Keppres, Supratman menegaskan bahwa pemerintah tidak dapat campur tangan dalam urusan internal Kadin.
Penunjukan Anindya Bakrie, putra sulung Aburizal Bakrie, sebagai Ketua Umum Kadin juga merupakan hasil keputusan mayoritas anggota Kadin yang hadir dalam Musyawarah Nasional Luar Biasa (Munaslub) 2024 yang digelar pada Sabtu (14/9/2024) di Hotel St. Regis, Jakarta Selatan.
Dengan demikian, pemerintah akan mengikuti hasil Munaslub Kadin 2024 yang menetapkan Anindya Bakrie sebagai Ketua Umum baru.
“Intinya, pemerintah pada prinsipnya akan mengikuti keputusan mayoritas pengurus Kadin Daerah, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kehendak mereka,” tambah Supratman.
Sementara itu, Ketua Munaslub Kadin, Nurdin Halid, menegaskan bahwa Munaslub 2024 telah sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART) Kadin. Ia juga menepis tuduhan bahwa Munaslub Kadin melanggar AD/ART, dan menyatakan bahwa semua prosedur sudah sesuai aturan.
“Pelaksanaan Munaslub sangat memenuhi syarat, sehingga dari sisi dasar hukum sangat kuat dan sesuai dengan AD/ART, tidak ada penyimpangan,” ujar Nurdin.
Salah satu alasan Arsjad Rasjid diberhentikan dari posisi Ketua Umum adalah karena ia menjadi Ketua Tim Pemenangan Nasional (TPN) pasangan Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD pada Pilpres 2024. Nurdin, yang merupakan politikus Golkar, juga mengklaim bahwa Arsjad telah melakukan sejumlah pelanggaran yang diatur dalam Pasal 14 AD/ART Kadin.
“Kadin adalah organisasi independen, bukan bagian dari pemerintah atau partai politik,” tegas Nurdin.
Selain itu, Nurdin menjelaskan bahwa posisi Ketua Umum Kadin bersifat ex-officio sesuai dengan Pasal 17 AD/ART. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Ketua Umum harus menjaga independensi.
“Itu adalah salah satu hal yang tidak dipatuhi oleh Pak Arsjad, dan itu merupakan aspirasi dari anggota Kadin yang tidak bisa diabaikan,” pungkas Nurdin.
