Allegations of Abuse and Deceit Surround RCB Bowler Yash Dayal
A serious legal case has been initiated against Yash Dayal, a fast bowler from the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), following allegations of sexual exploitation. The complaint was first submitted on June 21 through the Chief Minister’s online grievance portal (IGRS). According to reports, Dayal has now been booked under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which addresses sexual acts committed through deceit or false promises of marriage. This offense carries a potential punishment of up to 10 years in prison along with a fine. The FIR was registered at the Indirapuram police station after a preliminary investigation.

The woman described how Dayal repeatedly engaged in physical relationships with her by falsely promising marriage. She claimed he introduced her to his family, who allegedly assured her that she would become their daughter-in-law. She stated that she maintained the relationship with complete honesty and dedication.
However, the situation took a severe turn for the woman, leading to depression, for which she sought medical treatment. She shared that she attempted to end her life multiple times due to the unbearable mental pain. She also mentioned that Dayal and his family continued to give her false assurances, even as their relationship deteriorated.

According to her allegations, the emotional trauma caused by Dayal’s relationships with other women deeply affected her. She described how these actions broke her down emotionally and left her in a state of despair.
Multiple Women Allegedly Involved
A week after the initial complaint was filed, reports indicated that the woman further alleged that Dayal was involved with multiple women during their relationship. One such report highlighted that on April 17, a girl who was also in communication with Dayal contacted her and provided proof of his affairs. The woman claimed that Dayal’s family was aware of these relationships but continued to give her hope of marriage.
Additionally, three other girls have come forward with similar experiences. The woman revealed that Dayal used the same app on their phones to order household items. She discovered that he stayed in a Lucknow hotel on June 7 and ordered objectionable items, further fueling her suspicions.
Relationship Timeline and Family Denial
The timeline of their relationship, according to the woman, began through social media and later progressed to in-person meetings in Prayagraj. She mentioned that she was a former employee at an ed-tech company and stayed at Dayal’s residence, where she became “close to his family.” However, Dayal’s father reportedly denied knowing her.
