MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – The North Dakota State Fair is marking 60 years of the Magic City serving as the official venue.
Although changes have occurred during this period, certain aspects have stayed unchanged.
The Vendor Syndicate Sales has been present at the state fair since its start in Minot.
The business operates from Minnesota and visits fairs throughout the Midwest.
They offer household items and equipment for gardening.
Brandon Hatcher is the third in a line of family members who have run the business.
He mentioned that he attended his first North Dakota State Fair when he was 12, over 30 years ago.
Hatcher mentioned that although the company remains family-owned, it has undergone several changes over time.
“We are still coming, but we’ve somewhat reduced the number of booths we bring here. We used to have around four booths, and we had a few in Commercial II, as well as this spot in Commercial I,” said Hatcher.
Syndicate Sales is situated in Building I of the Commercial complex.
They operate between 11 AM and 10 PM.
