Reporters from KTLA are amazed at apartments that once had a beautiful view, now facing the back of Tesla’s drive-in movie screen.
They no longer have the view,” Ellina replied. “It’s a significant disadvantage out here. People used to have a view of West Hollywood, and now that view is gone.
It was uncertain whether anyone was currently residing in the units hidden behind the screen. Ellina tried to gather details from the building’s residents, but she noted, “people aren’t eager to let us into their homes at nine in the morning. It’s understandable,” she added. Not discouraged, Ellina spoke with restaurant customer Roman to hear his opinion about the diner. “This place looks amazing. It’s pleasant to look at while driving by.”
Ellina then drew his attention to the movie screens, questioning if someone residing in the apartments would be as thrilled as everyone else. “Probably not,” Roman replied. “That’s a major discomfort for their eyes.”
Even people who appreciate the building’s appearance recognize it as a poor neighbor.
