Commuters to Grand Central Terminal
will soon have a
new spot for a meal
, with options both from the land and the sea.
Palladino’s Steak & Seafood
is expected to open in the terminal in the balcony space adjacent to Vanderbilt Avenue in July, a news release stated.
“As a native New Yorker, opening Palladino’s at Grand Central Terminal is deeply personal. This iconic location deserves a restaurant that honors both its storied past and the energy of today’s city,” Palladino’s Steak & Seafood founder Joseph Palladino said in the news release. “I couldn’t be more excited to share our passion for exceptional service and great cuisine with the city that shaped me.”
The menu will include steaks, sushi and “other food options designed to fit a diverse audience,”

The restaurant will have a formal dining room, a casual dining space and an outdoor terrace, the news release added.
“Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every day, with an unwavering work ethic and a vision, to one day be considered a true New York institution,” Palladino said in the release.
