Pakistan, June 22 — Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) is set to hold an open court in Larkana on Monday, June 23, to directly address and resolve gas-related complaints from its esteemed customers.
The open court will be held at the SSGC Regional Office in Larkana from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. This initiative aims to provide a convenient platform for consumers to voice their concerns and seek immediate redressal from SSGC staff.
Due to limited seating capacity, customers intending to participate are advised to arrive on time. SSGC has announced that late arrivals will not be accommodated to ensure a smooth and organized process.
To facilitate the complaint resolution process, consumers are required to bring their most recent gas bill along with their original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card). This will help in verifying customer details and expediting the resolution of their issues.
