Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 mini-burger buns
  • toppings of your choice for example, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles
  • sauces of your choice for example, ketchup, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Dice the onion and garlic and place them in a bowl.
  • Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well blended.
  • Create small burger patties using the meat mixture.
  • Warm a pan or grill to medium heat and cook the burger patties for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, until they develop a good crust and are fully cooked.
  • As the patties cook, you can cut the small burger buns and toast them if you like.
  • After the patties are cooked, put them on the buns and add your preferred toppings and condiments.
