One lab scientist shared, “I make sure that when you go to the market, your sour scream is sour scream and full fat milk is full fat.” This level of attention ensures that consumers receive exactly what they expect from their dairy products.

Casey McCue, the Director of Milk Control and Dairy Services, highlighted the comprehensive system of checks and balances in place. “There are a lot of checks and balances,” he said, reinforcing the commitment to maintaining high standards in dairy production and distribution.
