Popular Nigerian singer Reekado Banks has revealed he’s no longer certain about marrying his fiancée and babymama, just two months after announcing wedding plans.
The music star, who had previously expressed strong commitment to settling down with the mother of his child, made the surprising U-turn during an interview on

Reekado
admitted that
his
stance has changed due to personal growth and reflection.
“I was pretty sure about my stance at my last interview, but I’m now in a different place,” he said. “It’s only been two months since that interview. That’s why I said I can’t really say anything about it now. I was sure then, but I’m not sure now.”
The “Easy (Jeje)” crooner attributed his uncertainty to his evolving emotional intelligence rather than the pressures of his music career.

“I wouldn’t blame it on music but on myself and my emotional intelligence, which I am still working on,” he confessed.
Reekado Banks and his girlfriend welcomed their baby boy in November 2024. In December, he made their relationship public when the couple appeared together for the first time.
