One thing we know about Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback
Aaron Rodgers
is that his family life hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing.
With his estranged family situation often in the headlines, Rodgers has done his best to distance himself from getting too caught up in it in the public eye.
But there was also a narrative that one of Aaron’s former partners, Olivia Munn, had something to do with how the quarterback was with his family.
However, in August of last year, a book was released by Ian O’Connor, called Out of the Darkness: The Mystery of Aaron Rodgers, and in that book, the quarterback set the record straight about Munn and her reported involvement in keeping Aaron away from his family.
Much to the delight of Olivia.
“Thank God somebody had read it and said, ‘Oh, wait! Aaron speaks,’” Munn shared via
US Weekly
. “You’ve been asking for the longest time. This is the constant conversation. The man himself is saying it. They don’t want that answer. … I was really grateful that he did that. Even if people didn’t want to take hold of that statement, it made me feel good that it was said.”
So that settles it, even if, as Olivia stated, people don’t believe it, she knows her truth, and Rodgers confirmed it in the book.
With Aaron now playing in what many believe will be his final NFL season, the quarterback will be looking to end his career on a high with Mike Tomlin’s team.
As for what is next for Rodgers? He has stated he will disappear from the public eye post-football, and who knows, many a get-together with his family might happen one day.
