Exciting New Food and Beverage Offerings at Saratoga Race Course for 2025
The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) has unveiled an array of new food and beverage options for the upcoming 40-day summer meet at the historic Saratoga Race Course in 2025. This year’s lineup promises to deliver a fresh and exciting experience for fans, with a mix of classic favorites and innovative new offerings.
Refreshing Cocktails and Premium Beverages
One of the highlights of this season is the revamped Saratoga Sunrise, the official cocktail of the racecourse. This refreshing drink now features lemonade instead of orange juice, paired with Belvedere organic pure vodka, grenadine, and a lemon garnish. The Saratoga Sunrise will be available at premium dining locations and concessions throughout the track, alongside the Belmont Jewel, the official cocktail of the Belmont Stakes.
In addition to these signature cocktails, the racecourse will showcase a variety of new and returning spirits and wines. Guests can enjoy selections such as Bulleit Bourbon, Casamigos and Tres Agaves Tequila, Hendrick’s Gin, Mount Gay Rum, and Moët & Chandon Champagne. The Taste NY Pavilion will highlight local beverages, including craft beer from Whitman Brewing Co., local spirits, Finger Lakes wines, and ready-to-drink cocktails.
Diverse Food Options for Every Palate
NYRA has partnered with Levy Restaurants to introduce new portable concession carts offering a wide range of food options. These carts will serve items like sweet sausage with roasted tomato and onion piperade, vegetarian falafel bites with cucumber yogurt sauce, chicken carnitas tacos, slow-smoked BBQ brisket panini, and spicy all-beef sausages with classic toppings.
For those craving coastal flavors, the Surfside Chowder Shack will offer loaded chowder fries, creamy clam chowder, and shrimp rolls. The High Noon Clubhouse Grill will feature dishes such as the Saratoga Turkey Roll and BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich.
Gluten-Free and Premium Choices
Guests with dietary restrictions will appreciate the gluten-free options available, including the ELT Press, a vegetarian sandwich made with eggplant bacon, and customizable nachos. For those looking for more upscale choices, premium selections such as Beef Tenderloin Sliders and the Brauhaus Pretzel will be available at the Finish Line Grill and other locations.
A Thrilling Racing Schedule
The 2025 summer meet will feature 18 Grade 1 races, including the 156th renewal of the Grade 1, $1.25 million DraftKings Travers on August 23 and the Grade 1, $1 million Whitney on August 2. Racing will take place five days a week, from Wednesdays through Sundays, and will conclude on Labor Day.
