A father has shown incredible bravery by donating his kidney to save the life of an 11-year-old girl, a gesture that echoes the memory of his own daughter who passed away years ago. Andy Emmott, 55, made the decision without hesitation when he learned about the urgent need for a kidney transplant for a young girl named Amber. Sarah, who was only eight years old when she passed away, had been living with congenital nephrotic syndrome and other complex health issues since birth. Despite her struggles, Sarah remained strong and resilient, and her family tirelessly campaigned for a kidney transplant. Her efforts eventually led to a successful transplant, but tragically, she passed away exactly 364 days after receiving the organ.
