Bishop Allan Kiuna, a prominent figure in Kenya’s religious landscape, was known for his powerful ministry and extravagant lifestyle. As the founder of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC), he became one of the wealthiest clergy members in the country. Kiuna and his wife, Reverend Kathy Kiuna, lived in a grand multi-story mansion located in Runda, an affluent suburb of Nairobi. The property featured a private swimming pool and other luxurious amenities, making it a symbol of their success. At one point, they opened their home to church members, showcasing it as a testament to God’s blessings. The Size and Features of the Mansion

In a surprising revelation, Reverend Kathy disclosed that she and her late husband had taken a loan 15 years ago to purchase JCC Parklands. They had repaid a significant portion of the debt, including interest, and believed the loan was nearly settled. However, after Bishop Kiuna’s passing, she was shocked to discover that there was still an outstanding balance of KSh 196 million.
Before his death, Bishop Kiuna assured his wife that everything would be fine, stating that God had taken over. Just three weeks after his passing, the bank contacted her and informed her that KSh 120 million of the debt had been waived. This reduced the remaining balance to KSh 74 million.
A Miracle of Support
Faced with this challenge, Reverend Kathy decided to sell their home to clear the debt. She reached out to a church apostle for support, and what followed was nothing short of miraculous. Within just one hour, the apostle rallied friends and congregants, who collectively raised the full KSh 74 million. This act of generosity allowed the church to become officially debt-free, which Reverend Kathy attributed to divine intervention and the unwavering support of their community.
