The HGTV celebrity talks about her five children with husband Chip Gaines

On Thursday, July 24, the HGTV celebrity, 47, posted a collection of images onher InstagramFrom her family’s vacation in Mexico. In the photos, Joanna’s daughters Emmie, 15, and Ella, 18, were seen appreciating the ocean view while spending time in the pool.

Other pictures show son Crew, 7, walking into the pool toward his brothers and sisters and taking a stroll along the beach. Another image displays the scores from a family game of Spades, with son Drake, 20, and mom Joanna on one team and dadChip Gainesand sister Ella on the other.

Joanna has five children — Crew, Emmie, Duke, 17, Ella, and Drake — with her husband Chip.
Earlier this month, Chip and Joanna gave an exclusive interview and were asked ifis parenting any different for themNow that they are “famous parents,” the two acknowledged that circumstances are different from when they had their youngest child, son Crew.

Back in June, the mother of five who was filled with prideshared a series of nostalgic posts photos on InstagramAs she marked her son Crew’s 7th birthday. In the first scene, Gaines’ other three children were seen listening through the door of her hospital room before meeting their newborn brother.
Another monochrome image depicted Crew’s birth, along with a tender scene of Gaines cradling her son while seated in bed. Finally, there is a picture of Crew in the middle of all his siblings, dressed in a onesie that said, “And then there were five.”
“Seven years ago today. Happy birthday to our wonderful little boy 🩵,” Joanna wrote in her post.
