LOXLEY, Ala. (WALA) – A disorganized scene at the newly built Loxley Elementary was recorded on camera, with federal agents rushing to the construction site.
The FBI in Mobile reported that 11 individuals without proper documentation were taken into custody at this government-financed initiative.
A witness named Irv Ballonoff shared with FOX10 News that he immediately grabbed his phone and recorded video of police officers encircling the school, riding on all-terrain vehicles, and utilizing a helicopter.

“One of them fell through the ceiling while chasing them on the drywall because he wasn’t aware to step on the beams, causing him to crash down,” Ballonoff said.
As per Ballonoff, several individuals were arrested, including bricklayers and roofers.
Another individual who prefers to stay unidentified shared with me that he is relieved this occurred.
I wasn’t really taken aback,” they remarked. “Since there were certain matters happening that shouldn’t have been happening.
As indicated on the sign, Adams Stewart Architects, LLC is the project’s architect. Sharpe Inc. is noted as the contractor. Therefore, I made a call to them.
The builder declined to provide any statement, and I have not received a response from the contractor.

This is the second instance within a month where a publicly funded school construction project in Baldwin County has been searched by federal authorities. The development in Loxley is reported to be costing taxpayers 38 million dollars.
Last month, the Gulf of America Homeland Security Taskforce detained 36 undocumented individuals at the newly started Gulf Shores High School construction site.

I also contacted April Bradley, the elected school board representative for this region, but she declined to provide any comments.
The educational institution released a statement, indicating its dedication to openness and responsibility.

FBI Mobile reported that following the departure of federal agents from the construction site, 13 additional suspected undocumented immigrants were taken into custody at a spot between Spanish Fort and Loxley. This brings the total number of arrests in Baldwin County on July 23 to 24.
