The youth of Bihar now have a significant chance to secure government jobs through the recruitment process conducted by the Central Selection Board (CSBC). The board has announced the opening of 4,361 positions for Driver Constables within the Bihar Police. Eligibility Criteria

Regarding physical standards, male candidates must have a minimum height of 165 cm. Their chest measurement should be at least 81 cm when not inflated and 86 cm when inflated. These requirements ensure that only physically fit individuals are selected for the role.

Age Limit

The age criteria for the recruitment are structured based on different categories. The minimum age for applying is 20 years. For general category candidates, the maximum age limit is 25 years. OBC candidates can apply up to the age of 27, while OBC women are allowed up to 28 years. SC/ST candidates can apply until they turn 30 years old. Salary Range

The application fee varies depending on the candidate’s background. SC/ST candidates and native residents of Bihar are required to pay a fee of Rs 180. The selection of candidates will occur in four distinct stages. The first stage involves a written examination, followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
