Fort Sill Graduates: 450 Soldiers Celebrate Milestone at Ceremony

LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – Fort Sill conducted a graduation ceremony this week for approximately 450 soldiers who completed their basic combat training.

The soldiers who graduated were from Bravo Battery, 1-22nd, and Charlie Battery, 1-40th.

They will now proceed to Advanced Individual Training schools to prepare for various roles, such as artillery, medical, and others.

This week, Fort Sill will be recognizing two outstanding top graduates for their dedication.

Private First Class Amber Walber from California is the distinguished graduate of Bravo 1-22nd.

She works as a Satellite Communication System Operator and is preparing to enter Active Service.

The top graduate from Charlie 1-40th is Specialist Joshua Caldwell from Michigan.

He is a military combat nurse and will be part of the Army reserves.
