A former worker at a pet grooming company is being looked into, as reported by deputies from the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities stated that videos they have obtained seem to depict the employee mistreating dogs during their job. Kristen Taylor, 28, is charged with four instances of animal abuse.
Authorities stated they received complaints about mistreatment at Classy Critters Pet Resort and Spa in Mooresville. Footage depicting Taylor striking and improperly handling dogs was submitted to the sheriff’s office.
In a Facebook update, the company stated that Taylor is no longer employed.
