Residents of Sydney will soon be able to enjoy a meal at a Rick Stein restaurant without having to venture as far as Port Stephens or Mollymook. Starting this November, they can simply visit Coogere. The renowned British chef, along with his spouse Sarah Stein, is set to launch a new establishment featuring a 220-seater restaurant and bar inside the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach hotel.
