EVE Frontier
is shifting from closed alpha beta test to fully public with
Founder Access: New Era
on June 11, 2025.

Founder Access: New Era
, CCP Games released
The Ancient Dark
trailer to give a sneak peek into the upcoming
EVE Online
spinoff title. Caught in the cycle of death and rebirth, the Riders endlessly struggle to survive the harsh galaxy. From thriving on the violence to exploring ruins, their fate lies with the players.
Set in the
EVE
universe
, players assume the role of a Rider who awakens in a hostile galaxy, lacking memory and purpose. Although the cloned body comes to life without direction, the Keeper sends the Rider to the Frontier to reignite and rebuild civilization. With no time to waste, the Rider must spring into action to survive the harsh galaxy by building shelters, establishing tribes, and harvesting resources.
Alongside the core goal of survival,
EVE Frontier
features Smart Assemble for players to construct bases in space, Tactical Combat to defend those bases from enemy attacks, and an open economic sandbox that allows players to establish their own currencies, markets, trade assets, and more.
Kicking off on June 11, players can access
EVE Frontier
publicly through Founder Access: New Era, allowing them to share gameplay footage, impressions, and experiences with the community without restrictions. Players can also participate in a new seasonal progression system called Cycles. Available on day one, the first Cycle—
Promised Lands
—lets players earn Grace by completing missions and activities, all while competing on the Cycle leaderboard alongside their fellow Tribe members.
These are just the tip of the iceberg, as CCP Games will attend the PC Gaming Show to give fans a sneak peek of the gameplay. Alongside the PC Gaming Show, CCP Games will be live on
