Police are seeking assistance and CCTV recordings as they look into a severe jet-ski accident inSydney’ssouth that resulted in one teenage boy’s death and another losing his arm.
Mitchell Irvine, 15, lost his life in the accident that took place shortly after 6pm on Tuesday at Tom Uglys Bridge on the Georges River in Sylvania.
Mitchell’s friend Noah Watkins, aged 14, was rushed to hospital in a critical state after losing an arm.

He remains in hospital.
Authorities today made an urgent request to locals who might have CCTV recordings capturing the Georges River, or anyone with useful details, to reach out to the Marine Area Command via (02) 9320 7499 or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000 oronline.
Callers are required to mention the reference number E101777274.
The police stated that all information given would be handled with the highest level of secrecy.
