BCB reveals ticket prices and digital sales for Pakistan T20I series

Ticket Pricing and Sales for Bangladesh vs Pakistan T20I Series

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the ticket pricing for the upcoming three-match T20 International series between Bangladesh and Pakistan, which will start on July 20 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. This series is expected to attract a large number of cricket fans from across the country.

Ticket Pricing Details

To ensure accessibility for all cricket enthusiasts, the BCB has set ticket prices ranging from Tk 300 to Tk 3,500. The pricing structure is as follows:

  • Eastern Gallery: Tk 300
  • Northern Gallery: Tk 400
  • Shaheed Abu Sayed Stand and Club House: Tk 800
  • Lounge and International Gallery: Tk 1,500 to Tk 3,500
  • Grand Stand: Tk 2,500

All three matches will be held at the same venue, with the second and third games scheduled for July 22 and 24 respectively. Each match is set to begin at 6:00pm local time.

Digital Ticketing Process

The BCB has taken a digital-first approach for the ticketing process. Tickets will go on sale online starting from July 15 through the board’s official e-ticketing platform. Fans can select their preferred match, gallery, block, and the number of tickets before completing their purchase using a card or digital wallet.

Each registered account will be allowed to buy a maximum of four tickets per match. Both digital and printed versions of the tickets will be accepted for entry at the stadium.

Additional Ticket Options

Any remaining tickets that are not sold online will be available at designated booths near the stadium on match days. The locations of these booths will be announced on the BCB’s official digital platforms ahead of each game.

Pakistan’s Squad and Injuries

Pakistan’s national team is expected to arrive in Bangladesh on July 16. The series will serve as a rematch between the two teams following their last encounter in May, where Pakistan won 3-0 on home soil.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed its 15-member squad for the tour on July 8. Captain Salman Ali Agha leads the team, while vice-captain Shadab Khan and fast bowler Haris Rauf have been ruled out due to injuries.

Shadab recently underwent shoulder surgery in the United Kingdom to address a recurring issue in his right shoulder. Meanwhile, Haris Rauf sustained a Grade 1 hamstring injury while playing for the San Francisco Unicorns in the ongoing 2025 edition of Major League Cricket (MLC) in the United States.

Bangladesh’s Current Schedule

The Bangladesh squad has not yet been officially announced as the team is currently engaged in a T20I series against Sri Lanka, which is tied 1-1. The final match of that series is scheduled for July 16 in Colombo.
