AMADOUR
, is leading a free children’s art workshop at the Nevada Museum of Art Sunday, July 13 from 12-3 p.m. as part of Artown 2025.
They stopped by Morning Break to talk about the importance of art in our community, uplifting local artists and for local artists to take the time to give back to the community.

It’s called
Yarn Art Workshop: Exploring Geometric Abstraction and Land Art
and is open to kids ages 6 to 12. It’s sponsored by Ms. Dan’s Chinese. Spots are limited so sign up now.
AMADOUR will also be teaching outreach workshops at the Boys and Girls Club of Northern Nevada, where over 400 children will have the opportunity to participate. It’s a project close to their heart and a way to give back to the community that shaped them.
