Selection Process and Stipend Details
The selection process is based entirely on merit. A merit list will be prepared considering the marks obtained in the candidates’ educational qualifications. Those shortlisted will be required to undergo document verification. Following this, all eligible candidates will proceed to a medical examination to ensure they meet the health standards necessary for the role.
Once selected, apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during their one-year training period. The stipend amounts vary based on the category:
- ITI apprentices will receive Rs 9,000 per month.
- Diploma apprentices will get Rs 12,000 per month.
- Graduate apprentices will be given Rs 15,000 per month.
