However, he stated that his boss would need to provide more details if needed.

The team also reached out to the city’s Building and Housing Department to ensure they were aware of the issues. While they are still waiting for a response, the concerns raised by the tenant and the findings from the investigation have not gone unnoticed.

Residents like the tenant are urging the management to take immediate action. “Step up and get these buildings together for the people who do live here,” she said, emphasizing the need for improvement and accountability.
