The Football Kenya Federation Deputy President, McDonald Mariga’s family, held a requiem mass for his late mum, Mildred Wanyama, at the Church of God in South B.
The extended family was called to the pulpit to share their condolence messages with mourners.

Mariga’s wife was among those called to the pulpit. Victor Wanyama’s wife, Sarah Teshna, was also present.

After Mildred’s cousins and sisters spoke, Mariga’s lover acknowledged that she is his wife.

He learnt of her demise while at home, and he rushed to the hospital.
