During today’s episode of WWE SmackDown, a surprise power outage forced the company to showcase a popular segment in a new way.
Friday’s episode of SmackDown
(which took place in Saudi Arabia) featured a surprise power outage, knocking the show out for about 30 minutes during a segment between
Cody Rhodes
and
Randy Orton
. When the show returned, the segment was nowhere to be found. However, WWE took to social media to share an alternate look at it.

Fans online commented on the look and feel of the segment as a whole. Particularly, they liked the way the segment seemed produced, which almost certainly was via happy accident. In the segment, Cody and Randy went back-and-forth about who would win the King of the Ring finals at
Night of Champions
.
