- 5:30 PM–6:00 PM Mandatory Captain’s Meeting
- 6:00 PM–7:30 PM Captain & Crew Banquet
- 8:00 PM Opening Night Concert: Mitch Pierson
Thursday
- 9:00 AM Boat Parade to the Gulf to Begin the Tournament
- 10:00 AM Flare Start at County Pier to the East on the Beach
- 7:00 PM Sponsors’ Only Party
- 7:30 PM Concert: Aaron Goodvin
- 8:15 PM Crowning of the Bay Point Billfish Open Ms. Reel Lady 2025
