The Ali Embroidery Mills High Performance Tennis Training Camp 2025 starts today (Wednesday) at the Punjab Tennis Academy, Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore, under the auspices of Punjab Lawn Tennis Association (PLTA) and will culminate on July 20. This elite training initiative aims to groom and refine the skills of Pakistan’s top emerging tennis talent. The camp will be conducted under the expert supervision of Mr. Rashid Malik (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz), former Pakistan No.1, and celebrated Davis Cup Captain and Coach. Training will also be imparted by Arif Feroze, Imran Bhatti, and Ahmad Babar. A total of 29 top-ranked male and female players have been selected for the camp based on their outstanding performances in Punjab and national-level tennis tournaments. The selected camp participants include Abubakar Talha, Zohaib Afzal Malik, Asad Zaman, Ahtesham Humayun, Omer Jawad, Haider Ali Rizwan, Husnain Ali Rizwan, Hamza Ali Rizwan, Ahad Usman, Abdullah Pirzada, Abdur Rehman, Ohad-e-Mustafa, M Muaz, M Ayan, M Ibraheem Hussain Gill, Aalay Hussain, M Ehsan Bari, Mustafa Zia, Labika Durab, Fajar Fayyaz, Bismal Zia, Hajra Sohail, Esha Rabbi, Aiman Rehan, Khadija Khalil, Eman Shahbaz, Shahnoor Umer, Shahreen Umer, and Daniyal Afzal Malik. The opening ceremony of the camp will be held at 9am today and will be graced by Tariq Zaman, CEO of Ali Embroidery Mills Pvt Ltd, as chief guest.
