Isuzu East Africa has advertised internship opportunities for Kenyan degree holders who graduated in 2024.

When is the deadline to submit Isuzu internship applications?

The vehicle assembler clarified that the vacancies are also open to other graduates within the East African Community (EAC) region.

In an advert published in the Daily Nation newspaper on Friday, June 13, Isuzu asked graduates to submit their academic certificates by Tuesday, June 24.

“We want to offer internship opportunities to 2024 university graduates from East African Community (EAC) member states to develop our talent pipeline to serve our regional market. We encourage you to apply for any position in the following firm divisions that fit your educational background if you are a recent graduate looking for an exciting one-year learning experience and a chance to support innovation and change,” the advert states.

What are the requirements for Isuzu interns?

1. Manufacturing, Engineering & Bodybuilding Department

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics or electrical engineering.

2. Sales & Marketing Department

  • A bachelor of commerce in marketing, mechanical, mechatronics or electrical engineering or a business-related field.

3. Department of After-sales & Channel Development

  • A bachelor’s degree in logistics, mechanical or mechatronics engineering.

4. Finance and Strategy Department

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, computer science or an Information Technology (IT) related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply management.

5. HR & Corporate Sustainability

  • A bachelor’s degree in project management, journalism or communication.
  • A bachelor of laws (LLB) degree.

What are the other requirements for the Isuzu internship?

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade A- or GPR 3.7
  • Upper second-class honours degree or GPA of 3.0
  • Candidates with professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CPS, CIM, CISA, and CIPS will have an added advantage.
  • Graduates with a master’s degree will be taken into consideration after fulfilling the minimal requirements for a bachelor’s degree and KCSE.
