Marin High School Seniors Celebrate Graduation with Countywide Ceremonies

Jun. 13—Graduations for more than 3,000 seniors at Marin public and private high schools are taking place this week.

According to the Marin County Office of Education, 2,598 students are graduating at the four Marin public high school districts: Novato Unified, San Rafael City Schools, Tamalpais Union and Shoreline Unified. In addition, 474 seniors are graduating from five Marin private high schools: Marin Christian, Marin Academy, San Domenico, Marin Catholic and Branson.

Redwood is one of six public high schools to have ceremonies on Thursday, along with: Archie Williams, Tamalpais, San Rafael and Terra Linda high schools; and Marin Oaks and NOVA. Novato’s two high schools, San Marin and Novato, have ceremonies on Friday. Four other public high schools — Tomales, Tamiscal, San Andreas and Madrone — had graduations earlier this week or last week.
