A witness reported that a man in a vehicle swerved into the opposite lane for an unclear reason and collided head-on with another car.

The male adult in the vehicle was found deceased on the spot.

Healthcare workers took an adult woman and a child, who were in the second vehicle and are thought to have injuries that are not immediately life-threatening, to a nearby hospital.
